<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain information about an increase or decrease of instance components to be arranged on a screen and whether graphic components are already arranged when creating various drawings on the screen. <P>SOLUTION: A database in which instance components whose values in the database are previously set are registered as graphic components is prepared when a drawing is created on the screen as an object of creation by arranging previously created graphic components for screen display on the screen. According to an instruction for drawing creation using graphic components registered in the database, the graphic components registered in the database are arranged on the display screen to display the drawing. Further, instance components which are already arranged or not arranged in the drawing on the screen are determined and a list of the instance components which are already arranged or not arranged is displayed within a specific window.
