PHASE CONVERTING METHOD OF INORGANIC SOLID MATERIAL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase converting method of an inorganic solid material for easily converting the same into a high temperature high pressure phase at low cost and in a short time.

SOLUTION: The phase converting method of the inorganic solid material for obtaining the high temperature high pressure phase has a step of keeping the inorganic solid material 8 comprising fine particle having such a particle size that an electron beam can transmits at room temperature or lower under reduced pressure and a step for irradiating and transmitting the electron beam 4 with energy of 500 keV or more to the inorganic solid material 8 at irradiation quantity of 1×1010/cm2or more in an atmosphere of the room temperature or lower and of reduced pressure.
