PURPOSE: A safety helmet equipped with a rear view mirror is provided to completely obtain posterior view, thereby preventing safety accidents in advance due to front gaze negligence. CONSTITUTION: A safety helmet equipped with a rear view mirror comprises an outer cover(10) and a mirror(20). The outer cover is made of synthetic resin having elasticity in order to absorb impacts. In the outer cover, an extension unit(10a) is formed which both side edges are formed to be extended downward. A mirror is attached to inner surface of the extension part. The mirror can adjust slope by using a hinge. The mirror is a convex mirror. The mirror is fixed by using a controlling member(30). Top, bottom, and side slopes are changed by the controlling member.
