<p>In a coating/arranging step, a functional rubber material (42) is coated on a surface of a mother die (6) which has a product shape, and the mother die (6) coated with the functional rubber material (42) is arranged in a casting frame (5). In a filling step, when the functional rubber material (42) reaches a predetermined semi-cured state before being completely cured, a transparent or translucent light-transmissive rubber material (41) is filled in the casting frame (5). Next, in a molding step, a cavity surface layer (3) on which the surface shape of the mother die (6) is transferred, is formed by the functional rubber material (42), and a general portion (2) is formed by the light-transmissive rubber material (41), to mold a rubber die (1). Thereafter, in a releasing step, the mother die (6) is released from the rubber die (1).</p> |
