PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light conversion efficiency by differently setting the diameter of a micro lens of each micro lens layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(130) is formed on a substrate. A plurality of micro lens layers and a plurality of light absorption layers(160,140) are alternatively laminated on the transparent electrode. The plurality of light absorption layers comprises first to third light absorption layers. A reflective electrode(170) is formed on the plurality of light absorption layers. Micro lenses of the plurality of micro lens layers are arranged with diameters different from each other.
