PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of titanium oxide precursor and lithium titanium oxide manufactured with titanium hydroxide precursor using the method are provided to enhance output, capacity, and lifetime of the Li-ion secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of titanium oxide precursor comprises next steps: diluting cheap titanium tetrachloride(TiCl4) by using titanium-dichloride-oxide(TiOCl2); stirring hydroxypropyl cellulose in the titanium-dichloride- oxide(TiOCl2); maturing the mixed solvent in a thermostat within temperature range of 50-90 deg. Celsius for 1 hour; putting alkali hydroxide in the solvent at a fixed speed and synthesizing precipitates at pH 7-10; and drying the precipitates after filtering and washing in order to manufacture titanium hydroxide powder having uniform nano-particles in a spherical shape. |
