<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupon distribution system for distributing a coupon of a specific shop to a user (customer) using the shop, the coupon including information on a next visit. <P>SOLUTION: A coupon issuance system composed of a server system 2 for issuing a coupon 1 with an expiration date to each user (customer) has a visit management file 5 for managing a visit date of each user (customer) on the basis of reservation registration through a user (customer) terminal 3 or a shop terminal 4 or a visit, and a coupon management file 6 for managing various coupons.
