<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure provision of an information amount. <P>SOLUTION: An information mediation device 102 receiving information from an information transmission terminal 101 and transmitting the information to an information reception terminal 103 comprises first storage means, second storage means, third storage means, acquisition means, fourth storage means, processing means, and presentation means. The first storage means stores a sender ID and a sender profile. The second storage means stores a recipient ID and a request profile. The third storage means stores living information. The acquisition means references the recipient ID and the request profile, and acquires the sender ID. The fourth storage means stores the sender ID and the referenced recipient ID. When the processing means receives non-extraction information, it retrieves the sender profile corresponding the recipient ID which corresponds a non-extraction sender ID and matching the request profile, acquires an alternative sender ID, and stores the alternative sender ID and the recipient ID.
