<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green photosensitive resin composition, which can eliminate problems of color changes due to irradiation with light when a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment is used for a color filter for a liquid crystal display device, and which allows formation of a green pixel having a wide color reproducing range and high luminance with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition contains at least (A) a colorant, (B) a binder resin, (C) a photopolymerizable monomer, (D) a photopolymerization initiator and (E) an organic solvent. The (A) colorant contains a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment, and the concentration of a green pigment in the whole solid content of the colored photosensitive resin composition is 30 to 45%. The (B) binder resin includes a unit structure having a polymerizable unsaturated bond, which is introduced by adding a monomer having an epoxy group and an unsaturated double bond to a copolymer between a monomer having a carboxyl group and an unsaturated double bond and another monomer copolymerizable with the first monomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
