<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle headlight device capable of reducing useless power consumption and stabilizing lighting-up power supplied to a light source. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle headlight device includes a lamp 10 for internally storing a light source 20, a lighting-up device 30 mounted on the lamp 10 and supplying the lighting-up power to the light source 20, and a photocell module 1 connected with a lighting-up circuit 40 of the lighting-up device 30. The on-vehicle headlight device illuminates a designated illumination region by lighting up the light source 20 on the basis of DC power supplied from a DC power source DC1 such as a battery built on a vehicle. A reflecting plate 21 having a concave reflecting surface and reflecting ahead light emitted from the light source 20 is arranged in the lamp 10. The photocell module 1 is mounted on an upper side of the reflecting plate 21 and at a location requiring shading due to light distribution characteristics, and outputs DC power as auxiliary power of the lighting-up circuit 40 by receiving the light from the light source 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
