<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the data transmission control of a communication apparatus in the communication apparatus including multiple communication interfaces. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus performs communication via a first network in parallel with a second network which is different from the first network. The communication apparatus detects an address of another communication apparatus in the second network and confirms whether the detected address is in use or not in the first network.
