<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of scattered waves from a junction between multilayer dielectric plates during actual application while suppressing manufacturing man-hours and a manufacturing cost by reducing kinds of the shape of the multilayer dielectric plate. <P>SOLUTION: This multilayer dielectric structure includes a plurality of dielectric plates (not shown in the figure), the plurality of the dielectric plates are laminated to form the multilayer dielectric plates 12, the shape of each multilayer dielectric plate 12 forms a shape defined by an almost Penrose tile as shown in the figure 1 (b), (c), both are rhombuses, the figure 1 (b) is called a fat type rhombus, and the figure 1 (c) is called a thin type rhombus. These multilayer dielectric plates 12 are arranged by an arrangement method of Penrose tile as shown in the figure 1 (a) and are mutually connected.
