<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic material which can secure emulsification stability even if added with a volatile carbonized hydrogen oil component, has such excellent usability that the material does not become oily, and is favorable in skin adaptation. <P>SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic material is characterized in that: the material contains (A) 20 to 30 mass% of the oil component, (B) HLB=5 to 10 of aliphatic acid ester, (C) HLB=1 to 4 of a nonionic surfactant, (D) an organic modified clay mineral, and (E) water, volatile carbonized hydrogen oil occupies 10 mass% or more of the (A) oil component, and the material does not contain silicone oil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
