<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation material whose high heat insulation effect can be maintained over a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulation material is composed of a core material 6, a water adsorbent 7, a gas adsorbent housing a gas adsorptive substance 13 in an outer shell 12 having a through-hole 15, and a laminate film 9 of gas barrier properties covering the core material 6, the water adsorbent 7, and the gas adsorbent, and the core material 6, the water adsorbent 7, and the gas adsorbent are sealed by decompression in the laminate film 9. The water adsorbent 7 is arranged around the through-hole 15 (one surface formed with the through-hole 15 in the gas adsorbent and an opening tool 14 are covered with the water adsorbent 7), the water adsorbent 7 and the gas adsorptive substance 13 are separated, forming a simple structure, and as the gas adsorptive substance 13 is covered with the outer shell 12 until the through-hole 15 is formed in the gas adsorbent, the activity of the gas adsorptive substance 13 is not lost by water vapor, and the gas adsorptive substance 13 can adsorb gas with water vapor removed by the water adsorbent 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
