WIRELESS BASE STATION AND POSITION DETECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a position change of a wireless base station.

SOLUTION: A wireless base station 100 capable of communicating with a wireless terminal 400 comprises: a reception unit 115 for receiving position information of the wireless terminal 400 transmitted from the wireless terminal 400 and a signal including a reception power from the wireless base station 100 that is received by the wireless terminal 400; and a position estimation unit 117 for estimating a position of the wireless base station 100 based on the position information and the reception power.
