<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece grinding device capable of obtaining a highly accurate finished surface by performing rough grinding to finishing grinding in a short period of time in the same facility, a workpiece grinding method, an engine valve grinding device, and an engine valve grinding method. <P>SOLUTION: In the workpiece grinding device 3 for gripping a workpiece 2 and grinding a processing surface 4C of the workpiece 2 by a grinding wheel 19, the grinding wheel 19 includes a rough grinding region 25C1 for roughly grinding and a finishing grinding region 25C2 for performing finishing grinding separately from each other, on a grinding surface 25 of one grinding wheel body.
