PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber sheet which allows nondestructive and easy management of the film thickness without damaging the transparency of a coating film when using a concrete structure protective coating film, and a film thickness management method of the concrete structure protective coating film capable of easily measuring and managing the film thickness of the concrete structure protective coating film without damaging a concrete structure.

SOLUTION: For a glass fiber sheet 52, glass cloth and an adhesive layer are laminated and a nonmagnetic metal film layer is provided partially on the side in contact with the adhesive layer of the glass cloth. The film thickness of the concrete structure protective coating film is measured through the glass fiber sheet 52 partially stuck to a concrete structure 50 using an eddy current type film thickness meter 55.
