PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which a reaction plate has a high degree of freedom for the loading and unloading, and a sample can be efficiently analyzed in a nucleic acid analysis.

SOLUTION: A nucleic acid analysis device includes: a plurality of temperature controllers arranged along the circumference direction; a rotation mechanism for rotating, along the circumference direction, a reaction plate assembly disposed on the temperature controllers; a carry base and a discharge base provided on the outer periphery of the temperature controllers; a carry drive mechanism for carrying the reaction plate assembly onto the temperature controllers from the carry base; a discharge drive mechanism for discharging the reaction plate assembly from the temperature control apparatus to the discharge base; and a detector for optically detecting the sample loaded in the reaction plate assembly.
