<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage inspection and appearance inspection device of a PET bottle whose main rotor for performing a leakage inspection and an appearance inspection of the PET bottle can be made into one and the head of which has no leakage of air. <P>SOLUTION: A leakage inspection and appearance inspection device of the PET bottle includes: a first inspection station S1 consisting of a main rotor 4 which supports a PET bottle 1 to be conveyed; a vessel holding head 35 which seals a mouth part 1m of the PET bottle 1 to supply gas into the bottle, one illumination LED1 arranged outside the radial direction of a circular orbit, and at least two cameras CAM1-a and CAM2-a which are arranged inside the radial direction of the circular orbit; and a second inspection station S2 consisting of one illumination LED2 arranged inside the radial direction of the circular orbit, and at least two cameras CAM3-a and CAM4-a which are arranged outside the radial direction of the circular orbit.
