<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side airbag control device which can suppress cost by reducing the number of antenna electrodes to be installed. <P>SOLUTION: An airbag control means 31 is provided that sets a side airbag in a deployment prohibited state when an occupant's weight is determined to be a reference weight or lower by an occupant's weight determination means 22, when the occupant's center-of-gravity position is determined to be at seat back side and at side airbag deployment side by a center-of-gravity determination means 23, and moreover when the occupant's approach to the side airbag deployment side is detected by an antenna electrode 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
