The device has a memory device e.g. database, provided in a base station e.g. service center (2), for storing standard electrical energy consumption for driving on respective segments on roads. A communication equipment e.g. communication network (7), transfers the energy consumption from the base station to a vehicle (3) i.e. electric car. An estimation portion is provided in the vehicle to estimate electricity demand for drive of the vehicle on the basis of the standard electrical energy consumption and information containing the correction value. An independent claim is also included for an electricity information processing apparatus.
