By storing in a storage unit not only performance information collected from each server which operates in a data center (information which can be collected internally) but also information which denotes an economic indicator which is published externally to the data center (information which cannot be collected internally), a prediction formula (multiple regression formula) is computed which is capable of responding to future fluctuations in user usage methods or numbers of users. To reduce processing time and improve precision in analysis in regression analysis logic, a search process is carried out in two stages for information which denotes an economic indicator which is stored in an explanatory variable: searching for an application by a unique sorting by users and industries subject to using said application; and the searching of the explanatory variable by a variable increase technique. A function is additionally provided which issues a bottleneck information alert.
