PURPOSE: A multifunction bimetal assembly having carbon fiber net is provided to use as heater by supplying electric power to the carbon fiber net and utilize products which need high strength or alleviate impact during the manufacture owing to get stronger by the carbon fiber net. CONSTITUTION: The multifunction bimetal assembly having carbon fiber net comprises a first bimetal(14) and a second bimetal(16), adhesive film. The first bimetal and the second bimetal welded mutually a carbon fiber net(12) in interval are composed of glass or synthetic resin. An adhesive film composed between the first bimetal and the second bimetal is composed of the synthetic resin. The adhesive film comprises the first adhesive film composed between the carbon fiber net and the first bimetal and the second adhesive film composed between the carbon fiber net and the second bimetal.
