<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, unfreezing and steaming up frozen solid food, which can unfreeze and provide the frozen solid food for a customer in a short time of one minute or shorter when employed in an automatic vending machine. <P>SOLUTION: The device can unfreeze and steam up the frozen solid food in a short time by including an inner cylinder fitted rotatably in an outer cylinder, a porous body fitted in the inner cylinder, and a heater which heats the inner cylinder to high temperature directly or through the outer cylinder, Here, top-surface plates of the outer cylinder and inner cylinder have throw-in holes for the frozen solid food, and steam exhaust holes for jetting high-temperature steam while the porous body is rotated after the frozen solid food is thrown in. Further, reverse-surface plates of the outer cylinder and inner cylinder have water exhaust holes for dripping in a state in which the porous body is rotated after unfreezing and steaming-up, and work discharge holes for discharging the solid food after the unfreezing and steaming-up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
