<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air drag by forming dimples on outer surfaces of a holding body and a first frame body so as to suppress a driving current of a motor when turning the holding body and the first frame body. <P>SOLUTION: A gimbal driving device includes the holding body (17) rotatably arranged on a support base (4), the first frame body (20) arranged rotatably along a pitch direction (B) inside the holding body (17), and one or more cameras (2 and 28) arranged inside the first frame body (20).
