<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for washing incineration ash, the method and system sufficiently removing chlorine. <P>SOLUTION: An organic acid is added to water by means of a washing water-producing means 2 to gain washing water, and the washing water is mixed with incineration ash by means of a dissolving/stirring tank 3, that is, a mixed liquid-gaining means, to gain a mixed liquid. When the mixed liquid is gained, the incineration ash is washed with the washing water, and the hydration reaction of the incineration ash is delayed by the organic acid, which has at least one hydroxyl group and at least one carboxyl group, to make the incineration ash delayed in hardening. As the result of this, the incineration ash is restrained from taking chlorine in. Then, the mixed liquid is separated into solid and liquid, in this state, by means of a dehydrator 4, that is, a solid-liquid separation means, to sufficiently remove the chlorine. Thus, the dehydration reaction of the incineration ash is delayed by the organic acid, and consequently the incineration ash is prevented from swelling, and the solid-liquid separation is easily carried out to remove the chlorine more sufficiently. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
