<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured fishing sinker capable of securely preventing a hook from being caught when the sinker is used. <P>SOLUTION: The fishing sinker 1 includes: a cylindrical cover part 3 disposed between a fishing line on a tip side and a fishing line on a hook side, and opened on the tip side; and a sinker body 11. A rod-side joint 15 and a hook-side joint 16 are disposed on either side of the cover part 3. The cover part 3 has an outlet 7 for discharging water inflowing from an opening 6. The sinker body 11 is disposed on a side apart from the rod-side joint 15 in the vicinity of the opening 6 of the cover part 3, and has a guide surface 12 which can guide water inflowing from the opening 6 to an area between the rod-side joint 15 and the hook-side joint 16 in the cover part 3. The cover part 3 has a pressure receiving surface 8 in the peripheral edge of the outlet 7, and a water current guided by the guide surface 12 and flowing into the cover part 3 is applied to the pressure receiving surface 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
