<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking/unlocking device applicable to various kinds of fittings and the fittings provided with the locking/unlocking device. <P>SOLUTION: In a locking/unlocking device 30 including a locking/unlocking mechanism 40 disposed to either one of an opening frame 10 and a sash 20 disposed movably to open and close the opening frame 10 and a lock retainer part 50 disposed to the other, the locking/unlocking mechanism 40 includes: a locking/unlocking operation part 45 switched to a locking position or an unlocking position corresponding to operation input; a lock mechanism part 41 for regulating the advance movement of a lock piece 42 when the locking/unlocking operation part 45 is switched from the unlocking position to the locking position and allowing the retreat movement of the lock piece 42 when the locking/unlocking operation part 45 is switched from the locking position to the unlocking position, in the state that the sash 20 fully closes the opening frame 10; and a connection unit 46 for connecting the locking/unlocking operation part 45 and the lock mechanism part 41 and allowing the relative movement of the locking/unlocking operation part 45 and the lock mechanism part 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
