<p>Provided is a vehicular power transmission device that is provided with a hydraulic power transmission device, and that is able to have a shorter overall length in the axial direction. The vehicular power transmission device (12) is, on a power transmission pathway between an engine (14) and a drive wheel (16), provided with: a torque converter (18) that has a rear cover (38) to which a plurality of pump blades (40) are provided, and a turbine (42) to which a plurality of turbine blades (44) that receive fluid flow from the pump blades (40) are provided; and an automatic transmission (20) that transmits, to a subsequent stage, power that has been input from the torque converter (18) to an input shaft (48). Also, the turbine (42) is, by means of relatively non-rotatable spline fitting, connected to the input shaft (48) at a position of the torque converter (18) on the automatic transmission (20) side with respect to the pump blades (40) and the turbine blades (44) in a first center axis (C1) direction, or in other words, at a position of the torque converter (18) on the automatic transmission (20) side with respect to an outer cover.</p> |
