The device (1) has a main displacement cylinder (6) that is movably attached to a guide profile (4) on a guide support (3) parallel to longitudinal direction (5). An additional displacement cylinder (9) is provided corresponding to the main displacement cylinder such that pistons (10,11) of the cylinders are extended in parallel. A porch apparatus of lifting vehicle is attached to outer end (13) of piston (11), and movable to outer edge positions by movement of the pistons according to switching operation by a switching unit (16).
