<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminance sensor having spectral sensitivity characteristics close to the human eye sensitivity and a small circuit scale, and to provide a display device using the illuminance sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A current output circuit (21) outputs a current (Iin1×α) corresponding to a first current (Iin1) by using the bit stream signal (charge1) of a first analog-digital conversion circuit (ADC1) which performs analog-digital conversion of the first current (Iin1) flowing through a first photodetector (PD1). A second analog-digital conversion circuit (ADC2) receives a third current (Iin2-Iin1×α), obtained by subtracting the current (Iin1×α) from a second current (Iin2) flowing through a second photodetector (PD2), and performs analog-digital conversion of the third current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
