<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel medicinal agent which can increase regulatory T cells by inhibiting MK expression or activity and thus inhibit the autoimmune mechanism induced by type 1 helper T cells. <P>SOLUTION: A regulatory T cell profilator and an agent for treatment or prevention of a disease associated with functional disorder of regulatory T cells contain an aptamer as an active ingredient. The disease associated with functional disorder of regulatory T cells is autoimmune disease, allelgic disease, chronic rejection in implant, thyroid abnormalities, intestinal inflammation, type 1 diabetes, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, rtheumatoid arthritis, systemic erythematodes, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
