<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise current recycling system capable of generating power at nighttime, in a weather with weak sunshine, and furthermore in a building. <P>SOLUTION: A power generation device 1 in a noise recycling power generation system comprises: a photovoltaic cell 2, a light-emitting unit 3, a lightning arrester 4 (SPD), and a storage battery 5. The power generation device 1 is formed in a box state laminating the light-emitting unit 3 comprised of a LED and/or an organic EL and a light-receiving surface of the photovoltaic cell 2 in a sandwich shape in multistage layers. Current generated by the photovoltaic cell 2, and noise current (electromagnetic wave, static electricity, and magnetism) are stored in the storage battery 5 as a constant distribution current. While excess current of thunder and static electricity is discharged to an earth pole (equipotential earth pole) with different ground resistance by combining and arranging elements with different response start voltage of a surge protective device (SPD) 4 so as to protect electric apparatuses such as a lighting apparatus 10, noise current and excess current of thunder/static electricity are converted to a constant current by a converter 6 so as to be supplied as electric power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
