<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make charging operations to a plurality of objects having storage batteries perform without causing a power peak, as well as to avoid a complication of the structure of power supply equipment supplying charge power. <P>SOLUTION: Each electric vehicle determines a charge start time of its storage battery autonomously according to a depth of discharge of its own storage battery. The storage battery whose depth of discharge is more than 15% is sorted as a first category, and the storage battery whose depth of discharge is between zero to less than 15% is sorted as a second category. The charge start time is separately predetermined for the first category from 23:00, and for the second category from 1:00 in the next morning. According to this separation, a battery control unit of each electric vehicle sets the charge start time. When the time comes, charge to each storage battery is performed. Consequently, a concentration of charge start time to one point, 23:00, is avoided resulting in an alleviation of a power peak. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
