<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation component in which an outer circumferential guide section and an inner circumferential guide section of a turnaround passage are integrated with each other, a method for manufacturing the same, and a rolling motion guide device. <P>SOLUTION: A turnaround passage 40 is constituted of a through hole extending through a circulation component body 351 as one formed body in a curved manner so as to connect two connection ports 40a, 40b with each other. A slit 45 for connecting the two connection ports 40a, 40b is formed in a mounting side end face 35B of the circulation component body 351.
