PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to form a selective reflecting layer and display a color image not a black image during off mode of a backlight unit. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises an array substrate, a color filter substrate, and a liquid crystal layer(180). A first polarization plate(185) is attached to the array substrate. A backlight unit is located on the external surface of the first polarization plate. A second polarization plate(187) is attached to the color filter substrate. A multi-layered selection reflecting layer(190) is formed on the second polarization plate. An electron beam evaporation source is located in a chamber and one side of a lower end of the chamber. A substrate support unit is located on the chamber. The substrate supports and rotates a processed substrate. A first shield is located between the electron beam evaporation source and the substrate support unit. The first shield includes a first area and a second area.
