PURPOSE: A circuit component and a switching mode power supply including the same are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by preventing a contact between circuit components. CONSTITUTION: A transformer converts external power to be suitable for an electronic device. A circuit component includes a component head and a lead wire. The lead wire electrically connects the component head to a printed circuit board. The lead wire includes a first plane unit(410), a second plane unit(420), and a curved unit(450). The second plane unit is opposite to the first plane unit. The curved unit is formed between the first plane unit and the second plane unit.
