PURPOSE: A fluid transferring apparatus is provided to obtain structural stability and flexibility by applying flexible transferring pipe structure corresponding to thermal stress or relative motion of first and second positions. CONSTITUTION: A fluid transferring apparatus transfers fluid from a storage tank(1a) at a first position to a storage tank(2a) at a second position. The fluid transferring apparatus comprises a transferring pipe(10) which connects the storage tanks at the first and second positions. At least one of both ends of the transferring pipe is detachably connected. The transferring pipe is transformable over one direction between the first and second positions. The deformation of the transferring pipe is restricted within allowable stress of the transferring pipe.
