PURPOSE: A rice thin film heating apparatus for producing rice noodles is provided to heat and cook a rice thin film inside a rice noodle producing apparatus without a kneading process. CONSTITUTION: A rice thin film heating apparatus for producing rice noodles comprises the following: a steam outputting unit including steam pipes with plural steam outlets; a conveyor belt(120) rotating the outer circumference of two rotation rollers(121), and including high viscosity rice thin films on the upper side; a housing(30) including an internal space for storing the steam outputting unit and the conveyor belt, and an inlet for inflowing high temperature steam into the housing; a temperature for sensing the internal temperature of the housing; and a temperature display device displaying the temperature on the outside of the housing. |
