PURPOSE: A producing method of bean sprout-vegetable soup powder, and a cooking method of instant noodles with bean sprouts are provided to offer a hangover relieving effect of the bean sprouts to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean sprout-vegetable soup powder comprises the following steps: washing bean sprouts with water, and dehydrating after cutting; and drying the bean sprouts, and packaging 20-70g of dehydrated bean sprouts with a small package. The drying process is performed by low temperature-hot air drying or freeze-drying. The low temperature-hot air drying uses 60-70 deg C hot air, and is performed for 2 hours. |
