PURPOSE: Footwear with brain function enhancement effect is provided, which can obtain brain function enhancement effect through activation of cerebellum. CONSTITUTION: Footwear with brain function enhancement effect comprises a prosthesis capable of performing the plantar proprioception receptor stimulation action. The thickness of the prosthesis is determined using a prosthesis determining system(1). The prosthesis determining system is equipped with a foot pressure distribution measuring device(2) measuring foot pressure and foot pressure distribution; and a measurement terminal which informs of thickness of the prosthesis.
