PURPOSE: An organic solar cell of a high efficiency inverted structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to add a water soluble surface active agent which has an electrophilic functional group in a hole trapping layer, thereby improving short circuit current density. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120), an electron capture layer(130), a light conversion layer(140), a hole trapping layer(150), and a second electrode(160) are formed on a transparent substrate. A water soluble surface active agent is added to the hole trapping layer. The electron capture layer is an amorphous zinc oxide layer. The amorphous zinc oxide layer is a mixture in which a zinc oxide precursor and water or alcohol are mixed with a weight ratio of 1 to 0.25 or 1 to 5. The zinc oxide precursor is synthesized using a sol-gel method. |
