<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building without a gas explosion in which oil and gas are not used, while gas pipes are piped in a conventional building, and when a fire occurs on one floor, the gas on other floors is ignited and explodes and the building collapses. <P>SOLUTION: The building is provided with photovoltaic power generation panels on the entire roof and side faces of the building. Thus, the building without the gas explosion in a high-rise building fire is made possible.
