<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a vulcanization mold therefor capable of making characters or figures for an emblem, size indication and a decoration arranged on an outer surface of a sidewall conspicuous. <P>SOLUTION: The respective characters 10 and the respective figures 20 are formed of an aggregation of a plurality of projection parts T projecting from the outer surface 1a of the sidewall 1, and the plurality of projection parts T are arranged so as to be juxtaposed in a plurality of rows in the respective characters 10 and the respective figures 20. Since a dimension L of the respective projection parts T in the juxtaposing direction in the respective rows is constituted so as to become gradually large toward a character skeleton line BL for forming a "Y" letter or is constituted so as to become gradually large toward the inside from the outside in the width direction of the respective figures 20, even when a height dimension from the outer surface 1a of the sidewall 1 of the respective projection parts T is mutually equal, the visual effect of seeing the projection part T large in the juxtaposing directional dimension L on this side more than the projection part T small in the juxtaposing directional dimension L is generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
