<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the positioning accuracy of an induction pipe which leads cooling liquid to predetermined positions in an apparatus and improves the strength of the induction pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A bracket 38, which extends laterally from a tube shape body 28 of an induction pipe 26, is provided. A protrusion 42, which is arranged in parallel with the body 28, is provided at a tip of the bracket 38. The protrusion 42 has a columnar shape and is inserted into a circular receiving hole formed in a case of an apparatus. Fitting the columnar shaped protrusion into the circular hole forms a uniform clearance between the receiving hole and the protrusion in all directions to increase the positioning accuracy.
