PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selection of various data to be reproduced together with a main AV stream.

SOLUTION: PlayList comprises: Main path for referencing Video and Audio in a Main TS; Sub Path-A for referencing second Video and second Audio in the Main TS; and Sub Path-B for referencing Audio or the like in a Sub TS. The Video or Audio in a Clip AV stream file-0 is selected by a PlayItem-1. STN_table() is used for selecting a SubPlayItem (SPI) to be reproduced together with the PlayItem-1. The STN_table() is information for selecting the second Video and the second Audio in a Clip AV stream file-1 and/or the Audio or the like in a Clip AV stream file-2. This invention can be applied to a reproducing device.
