<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-construct steel wall in which a wall body constituted by coupling steel sheet piles capable of easily assuming high cut-off performance is reinforced with a steel pipe or H-shaped steel. <P>SOLUTION: A wall body 4 is provided by coupling a plurality of hat steel sheet piles 1 together by means of a joint. Steel pipes 2 for reinforcing the wall body 4 are provided in the state of being juxtaposed along the longitudinal direction of the wall body 4. A spacing is provided between the wall body 4 and the steel pipe 2. A head of the wall body 4 and a head of the steel pipe 2 are coupled together by means of a coping 5. When the wall body 4 and the steel body 2 are constructed, the spacing, which prevents the hat steel sheet pile 1 of the wall body 4 and the steel pipe 2 from coming into contact with each other during construction, is set between the wall body 4 and the steel pipe 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
