ROTARY CUTTING TOOL, CUTTING DEVICE USING THE SAME, AND CUTTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce uncut parts in a corner region when cutting a workpiece by moving a rotating cutting tool and perform machining at a preferable surface roughness.

SOLUTION: The rotary cutting tool 1 for machining the workpiece 2 by a relative movement between rotation and the workpiece includes: a first cutting blade 11 having a linear cutting blade of which the envelope surface during rotation defines a conical surface having an apex; and a linear second cutting blade 12 having an angle different from that of the first cutting blade with an end point of the first cutting blade as a base point. A cutting device is configured to incline the rotation axis of the rotary cutting tool 1 relative to the rotation axis of the workpiece 2 so as to avoid interference between a tool holder and a chuck for gripping the workpiece.
