The present invention is provided with: an absorption tower (13) that uses a gasified gas containing CO2 and H2S formed by gasifying coal, for example, as an introduced gas (11), and that absorbs the CO2 and H2S from the introduced gas (11) by bringing the introduced gas (11) into contact with an absorbing solution (12) for absorbing C02 and H2S; an absorbing solution regeneration tower (14) that extracts absorbing solution (12A) that has absorbed CO2 and H2S from the bottom (13c) of the absorption tower (13) and introduces the absorbing solution (12A) from the top (14a) of the absorption tower (14), and that regenerates the absorbing solution (12) by releasing the CO2 and H2S; a second supply line (L2) that returns the regenerated absorbing solution (12B) from the regeneration tower (14) to the absorption tower (13); and a third supply line (L3) that extracts the absorbing solution (semi-rich solution) (12C) that has absorbed a portion of the CO2 and H2S from the vicinity of the middle (13b) of the absorption tower (13), and that introduces the semi-rich solution (12C) in the vicinity of the middle (14b) of the regeneration tower (14).
