<p>A hair growth promoter comprising adenine or salts of adenine as active agents and cosmetic carriers is disclosed. The amount of the active agents in the hair growth promoter is more than 0.0001wt%. The cosmetic carriers are lubricants, solvents, humectants or thickening agents. The hair growth promoter has the effect of stimulating hair growth, preventing hair loss and increasing growth of eyelash and eyebrow, and can be used in hair lotion, hair cleaning emulsion, hair moisture, hair care gel, hair setting lotion, shampoo and so on.</p> |
